Track and Field Winter Preseason Camp 23-24
Track and Field fall out of season workouts are open to all current Sage Creek students interested in our boys and girls Track program. These workouts will be supervised by our head coach, Danny Kung & Jason Jacobson. These workouts are geared towards building up training capacity for our Spring tryouts. Sprinters, Hurdlers, Jumpers and Throwers will begin on 11/27 and for those looking to run distances, the distance group will start up on 12/11, although Coach J will send workouts to those who have taken their mandatory 2 weeks break at the conclusion of their Cross Country Season to get going.
Reminder: this does not guarantee a spot on the team as that will be done during track tryouts in February.
