Wrestling Open Mat – Fall 2024

Open Mat is designed to introduce students to the sport of wrestling through a controlled and safe environment under the direct supervision of our certified coaching staff. Students should arrive with clean workout attire that includes athletic shorts/shirts without pockets. Wrestling shoes and headgear are highly recommended.

September – Tues/Thurs 4-5:30
October – Tues/Wed/Thur 4-5:30
