TUESDAYS- WRESTLING: Instruction/Drills, Games, Live Wrestling
THURSDAYS- OPEN GYM: Open Mat/Weights, Weightlifting Instruction, Conditioning and Dynamic Drills
Open to Middle School – High School Students. All skill levels welcome, no experience necessary, all sports welcome for open gym.
