Description
Since 2015, the Genius Project at Sage Creek has operated on a simple but radical belief: every student has something to offer the world that no standardized test can capture. Not just the honors student. Not just the kid with the college counselor. Every student.
This is a school-wide program that gives every student the time, structure, and support to pursue something that genuinely matters to them — then asks them to share it with the world.
The results speak for themselves. Students have collectively generated over $27,000 through their own project initiatives. Each year, more than 40 community members show up — not just to cheer, but to mentor. Every student gets direct access to an industry professional who helps elevate not just their project, but their future.
Your donation funds an elevated celebration of student passion, challenge, and impact:
- Professional photography and videography to document and honor their work
- Banners, branded materials, and event production worthy of what students have built
- Tech logistics — from presenter clickers to event badges — so every detail is handled
- Teacher release time to coach students on their presentations and public speaking
- Ongoing student support throughout the year, so no student gets left behind in the final stretch
