Join Sage Creek Foundation as we sponsor a Senior-wide Lawn Sign gift for all Seniors at Sage Creek High School. The pandemic has made for another bumpy ride for our Seniors.  To kick-off, this unpredictable year, donate today to support SCHS Administration Team, PTSA, and Sage Creek Foundation’s efforts to ensure ALL SCHS Seniors are celebrated.

Each Senior will receive a lawn sign signaling to the community that this is a special year and to share in the love of our Seniors.
